Entrepreneurship – Who Is An Entrepreneur?

I realized that entrepreneurship has existed for many years and many people are unable to define what an entrepreneur is. There is an argument about whether entrepreneurs are create or born. What is more, do entrepreneurs come from birth, or are they create? I’m afraid that if we begin the discussion, we won’t be able to reach a conclusion.

Why is no consensus regarding whether or not entrepreneurs are create? In the first place, entrepreneurs are born because a few individuals have come up with innovative business concepts that are now recognize as successful. Still, they weren’t train. They could become successful entrepreneurs. In contrast, entrepreneurs are born by accomplished entrepreneurs who have taken entrepreneurial courses (diploma or degree programs) offered by universities and colleges.

Are you sure that people have not been able to define the definition of an entrepreneur?

Dr Jay Feldman personal experience is that we operated an entrepreneurial research center for ten years. History. For 10 years, we attempted to define what an entrepreneur was. We failed. We all had an idea of what was, to his needs, an acceptable definition. I’m not sure you’re going to go any further than that. Arthur Cole.

According to the course I took in high school on the business subject, entrepreneurs are “a person who sets up successful businesses and business deals.” However. This definition doesn’t provide a precise definition since not every person. Who creates an enterprise and makes it successful is a businessperson. There’s more to what an authentic entrepreneur is than starting the business and running it with success.

Dr Jay Feldman business and economics experts do not seem to agree on what constitutes an entrepreneur. From an economist’s perspective, “The entrepreneur is willing to bear the risk of a new venture if there is a significant chance for profit. Others emphasize the entrepreneur’s role as an innovator who markets his innovation. Still, other economists say that entrepreneurs develop new goods or processes. That the market demands and are not currently being supplier.”

The concept of entrepreneurship first appeared in the late 1700s. It has since evolved into the form it is and is today. Despite the difficulties in defining an entrepreneurial person. We all recognize that entrepreneurs play an important part in improving individuals’ lives in various ways. They are the ones who come up with innovative concepts that can lead them to establish businesses.

They not only create jobs either directly or indirectly. But they also assist people in different ways. Entrepreneurs are consider to be people who develop new products or enhance the existing ones to resolve problems face by people.

Trait Approach

It is possible to define what is a true entrepreneur using the method of traits. Based on this method, the typical traits experienced by successful entrepreneurs indicate the characteristics of an authentic businessperson. These traits include:

1.) The willingness to take risks: They risk themselves after identifying viable business opportunities. They know that business concepts with high risk will produce high profits. Dr Jay Feldman in general. Successful people have taken risks to get the position they are in now.

2.) Passion: No matter what business concept they have come up with, They are enthusiastic about it. Passion drives successful entrepreneurs by staying focused.

3.) Work-hard: Successful entrepreneurs share an innate quality of hardworking. They are dedicate to ensuring that the aspects of the business are done on time and efficiently.

The reason is that a real businessman never quits regardless. The failures he encounters in executing tasks. He believes that his idea will turn into a successful business in the future.
