The first step is washing your face daily using a gentle cleanser that removes any dirt or makeup left on your face by the water from your shower or bath. After washing your face, apply moisturizer on dry skin to prevent dryness and flaky patches. You should also apply sunscreen every single day even if you are going out during the day because sun damage is one of the biggest causes of aging!
An important tip when choosing a moisturizing cream is not only looking at its ingredients list but also checking its consistency: if it’s too thick or greasy
